TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All fees are to be paid in full prior to item being dispatched.
  2. All costumes are dispatched two days prior to date required and should be received back two days afterwards (unless prior arrangements have been made.
  3. Should a costume not be returned the full purchase price of the costume will be charged.
  4. A late fee of $6 per day will be charged for all costumes that become overdue.
  5. Please check sizing chart to ensure correct size is chosen, you don’t want to be left in the lurch with no costume.
  6. Refunds for wrong sizing will be given as long as item is picked up from you by courier company prior to date required. Courier costs will not be refunded so choose carefully.
  7. A bond is payable on all hires and this will vary depending on the costume. It is not included in the cost of the hire.
  8. All bonds are fully refundable if item is returned in original condition. Any damage to the costume, missing articles or late fees will be deducted from the bond.
  9. All costumes are sent via courier (signature required) once goods are signed for they become the customers responsibility.
  10. Courier costs will vary depending on location and size of costume. All couriers are to be paid by customer both ways. Costs will be advised on booking of costume.
  11. We deliver nationwide.
  12. When purchasing costumes please order early to ensure delivery arriving on time for your event (we may have to order your costume in from supplier and that may take a couple of weeks).
  13. All costumes purchased are guaranteed new and in original packaging.
  14. We accept cash, paypal payments only. Please ensure you supply your bank/paypal details so bonds can be refunded.
  15. DO NOT wash your costume, they require special care so we wash and sterilize all costumes ourselves after every hire.
  16. Should there be any discrepancies with your hire please let us know immediately so we are able to rectify this for you.
  17. Remember we are here to help you have fun so please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or problems.
  18. Please take care of our costumes so others are able to get as much enjoyment out of them as you do.
