A.  We are in East Auckland.

A.   No, All orders are done online.

Q.  What happens if the costume does not fit?

A.   We will refund the cost of the costume hire only, and will only do this if the courier has been collected before your due date. Courier costs will be at your expense.

Q.  Do you deliver out of Auckland?

A.  Yes, we send couriers nation-wide.

Q.  What are the courier costs?

A.  Costs vary depending on costume.

Q.  How long is the hire period for?

A.  You have the costume for 2 nights with the exceptions of weekends.

Q.  How much is the bond?

A.  This varies from costume to costume bond will be advised on application.

Q.  Do I wash the costume?

A.  No, we have them all hygienically cleaned and sanitized ourselves.

Q.  In the sizing what does OS mean?

A.  This stands for ONE SIZE and usually best fits size 8-12.
